The Waterside Inn 為米芝蓮三星餐廳，在倫敦就衹有 Fat Duck Restaurants 跟她同級。Waterside Inn,其實是一間小型酒店，自1970年開業至今。除住宿還有三星餐廳，提供英國鄉郊及法國高級美食。
